Hello all. I am currently ready to start hiring (4) programmers for the development of a online flash based mmorpg. I only can hire (4) full time programmers, working 6 days a week at 7.5 hours a day each. I have the option of php, .net, asp, or java programmers. What ones should I go after for this project? i.e. 1 php, 3 java. This is an online mmorpg game running on a dedicated server using java and flash possibly to run it. I also have a full time graphic designer, so I am set there. Thanks, and let me know. Joe
