First of all sorry if i started this thread in wrong section (but there is no computer issue related forum available) any ways here is my problem I have 2000 zip files. Each zip file contain readme.txt file i want to delete this file from all zip files. plz let me know how did i do this? it is very time taking to delete each file manually plz guide me is there any software or trick available to delete all these files in few seconds? waiting of reply thanks in Advance
Try Total Commander. see if it supports such operation http://www.ghisler.com/featurel.htm Basically what you have to do is.Write a Batch Script. * Exact the ZIP * Delete the README file * Again Compress it This step has to be done over and over again using a simple loop
IMO, there are no such ware/scripts to do it for you . Anyway, you have 2000 zip files . I think you can hire programmers to build a software to do it .
