i need help for my e mail

i have an e-mail and trying to sign in at the messenger as i usually do every day bot something weird happened i try to sign in and while loading it closes and get back to the sign in to the messenger and opens an internet explorer window that has sign in to yahoo mail.. when i try to sign in it says that the id or pass is wrong , i tried to get them again from the private info, but it say the same , can someone explain to me what is happening.. and thanks for reading, hope u solve it

dude, this one is very important, it has alot of important contacts about 163 contacts and it has a lot of messages

 

Two thoughts

1) Have this been happening for a while or just today? If just today, I would wait a while longer. Sometimes Yahoo is rolling out changes that prevents you from logging in for a short time, but then it goes back to working again

1) You account maybe locked. This might have happened if someone or some bot was trying to hack your account, if there was a policy violation, or Yahoo just got confused. Check out this for more info

3) ALWAYS, back up your mail,contact info. Especially if your using free services like Yahoo or hotmail. They are great services, but they are not perfect. Sorry if this sounds like hand slapping, but many of us do not realize the importants of backups until we loose valueable information.

I use Yahoo myself, and i use there intellisync program to sync my contact, calendar etc with my PIM (which I also backup). That way if something breaks I have lots of places to recover the data from.

i read the help topic and knew that the problem was that the account is locked for security but i didn't know yet how to unlock it

 

if you account has been lock, you have to wait 12 hours before it's unlock:

i waited 12 hour and it was unlocked but when i try to sign in again it says invalid id or password !!!!!!!! sounds weird. someone help
