I need help for choose a home page for good seo

I need to know what is the better page for the home page of my site:
http://www.cristovideos.com or http://cristovideos.com/index.php for example if I make some link exchange what is better fot that?

now ... http://www.cristovideos.com/ <<<< this is better always try to promote this url not http://www.cristovideos.com/index.php


well i want to ask you one thing that how much visitor's ya got daily ??

 

It looks ok for now but think about adding more text to the home page. It appears to be Keyword poor.

 

change index.php > video.php

 

First one is the best for home page.
