I need help finding a free program

    I'm looking for something that's just like Firefox's "Reload Every" plug-in, but works for a URL that you type in rather than the current page you're visiting. It needs to be able to visit pages every "X" seconds, depending on what you set. Preferably something that uses random browser agents or utilizies a proxy network.

    The closest match I can think of is Traffic Master, but it's $50 and I don't want to shell out that kind of cash for such a simple program. Anyone got an idea as to where I could find this?

    A browser plug-in, a program, anything that can do the above mentioned would be perfect.
