I never take any pills to get sleep, always sleep naturally. Every time I can not fall asleep I go to my dad's working room finding some boring topical books like historical book, or anything else. And I read it thoroughly. It takes about 10 minutes to yawn. I don't know whether my method will work for you or not but you can try it. Hope you will have a nice sleep.

A couple of things I do. Wind down time for 1-2 hours before bed, reading, sleep promoting tea. Audio books especially if someone has a clam voice. Also audio sleep relaxation/meditations "just relax,,, drift off into,, sleep..
