I need help! Facebook asking for my credit card info????

    I got this Free facebook voucher code from godaddy. - I create an ad then fill up the blank form then i skipped that credit card info page, i scroll down and see blank empty box for promotional code, enter my FB voucher code then declined. in short, FB wanted me to complete the form for credit account info before they accept my Free Voucher . Is this for real? scammed? please i need your advise, the best way to do...

    yes if you are using FB ad first time you've to add a peyment source then you can redeem your voucher.

    This is actually fairly common to use many free codes for things. Ultimately if you ever go past the time frame of your freebies, or if the services received go over the free amount, they want to be able to charge you immediately for the amount they want.

    thank you guys, for clearing it up. i considered google adwords is more totally free. you dont have to add your credit card info, just use the free code and ready to go!
