People i just got sold a lemon of a site. Paid through paypal . The person claimed that the site was making a certain amount of money and it wasnt even close. I returned the site back to them and now this is what paypal send me by email:(

Our investigation into your claim is complete. As stated in our User
Agreement, the claims process only applies to the shipment of goods. It
does not apply to complaints about the attributes or quality of goods
received. Therefore, we are unable to reverse this transaction or issue a
    refund.

    Please can someone help me

I hope you did not pay too much for it. Most of the time, you must know what you are getting is worth the $$$. For me, I only buy from reliable sources.... Even that has hiccups too.

Now I guess you can only spend time to improve the earnings or sell it off..

If paypal already made a descision, I'm afraid there's no longer anything you can do.

Sorry to hear that, Paypal is the median and it looks like they made their decision. You should work on the site and see if you can make up those profits. Paypal is not the best for these things. Next time you may want to try escrow.com. They give you a 30-day grace period to evaulate your purchase, etc.

Yes it was through dp, but i gave the site back looking for a refund. I have made up my mind to never pay for aanother site on dp or any other board. I never knew about this rule at paypal and if i ever get a chance in the future to switch to another mode of payment i will do it in a heart beat/ Bomb i made my dispute before the grace period

If it was through DP as you said, then why not tell the name of member and did you leave any feedback?
