I Need Help Building A Website And Will Pay

    I am looking to build a website with a built-in 2up system.
    I would like a 2up system that has every 2nd and 4th person passed up to someone.
    Each of my members will have their own referral links. Im just having a problem finding out
    how this works and doing it on my own.

    I am willing to pay a fair price.
    If you could design it too that would be even better
    I have website below that I want similar just for an example.

    Iyou have the sklls to make it a 2up system to where every 2nd and 4th person is passe up
    then I want to speak with you.
