Hi, I'm having some problems and I have decided to post here and hope that someone will help me.I want to exchange paypal with liberty reserve but it seems that this work is beyond my capability.There is 1 site that does the exchange b/w paypal and liberty reserve but when signing up, I have to pay $0.01 to comfirm my liberty reserve account, now how do I get that $0.01 in my account ? I just need $20, if you know any site or you can provide this service, please let me know or pm me, thanks.
