Hi everyone, I really need some help analyzing our competition?

These guys are ranking Number one for a while now and not even bouncing around on the daily serps. I know they are buying links and so on, but I need to know what they are doing to stay there.

They have site wide links on on a couple of places, and when looking at the unique backlinks I can see that they have basically the same amount of relevant backlinks as us. So I don't know if the site wide links are boosting them somehow?

We have been ranking on the top 10 to 20 results and all of a sudden been dropping like hot cakes, I know Google has been acting up these last couple of days.

So any help will be appreciated. Thanks all

Here is the competition: dreambingo dot co dot uk

seo does not mean only backlinks. if visiters like the site, google will like it, too. and i think this site looks good.

If only it were as simple as just pleasing your visitors. Unfortunately this is not the case. If you don't take steps to please the search engines, you won't get good rankings despite how much your visitors may like your website.

This particular website has many quality, relevant homepage links. These relevant homepage links would help considerably. Sitewide links don't help Google rankings a whole lot anymore. Google seems to like links from lots of websites more than lots of links from 1 website. On top of that, they have decent onpage seo.

Without knowing your website, we don't really know how their backlinks differ from your own.

Sorry, the only way to beat that site would be to do what they are doing... just do it better.
