I need help/advice/suggestions on setting up a VB forum

i launched a new auto forum and i cant figure out where i can make the settings that new users cant place links into their signature and into posts fr a certian amount of days? Im running the latest VBulleting Script.

Also, where do i add banners, adsense, etc so they show up same place they do on this forum?

 

There aren't any 'settings' for those things, you have to add to the code via plugins yourself.
