That's an awful lot. Just on the forum posts alone, if someone submitted 20 posts an hour ( 1 every 3 minutes) it would take 15 hours just to do the posts. I suppose it can all be done automatically but it will be very low quality and possibly of dubious benefit. I guess in many countries the 100 bucks is a good deal however and so may be feasible for people to do this for you. I tried submit edge for building links but was very dissapointed in their service.
