I need good referral campaigns with no CC required ...

    Anyone have good sources for companies looking for referrals/sign ups that do not require a CC. Looking for $2+ per referral.

    Are you looking for a program that pays per lead or a cheap advertising solution for your own programs? You might find the great free referral site StarReferrals to be useful. Alternatively, there are a number of paid survey sites that i'm working with that pay around $2 for each member you refer if that was your actual question. If you're more specific I think I can help...
