There are many ways to make friends. What about your friends from the past....Why not contact them and catch up. Change you routine to involve more outdoor activitys. Be strict with yourself and limit your internet usage to 3 hours a day. You have fallen into a habit-but you can easily get out of it with with a little desire for change. Also join a gym or martial arts group. This has really helped me throughout my life mentally and physically. I would recommend jiu-jitsu or boxing. Thats what i do! Goodluck
Im in the same boat, no offline life. Yeah I recommend joining a gym. Probably won't meet girls there but you can get out and the more you go there you might meet people who you can talk about lifting with or help spot weights with or something. Then you can go from there, but a gym is a good place to start.
People like us who work a lot from home must go out of their way to connect with real people. It may be church, sporting events, the coffee shop or any of a million other places where people meet and hang out.

Just go talk to some new people. It's not that hard...and the Tom Cruise looks should make it a bit easier.
