    there is no such thing as unlimited bandwidth even if they say it is unlimited bandwidth they are overselling

    But; you can try Razor Web Host (Google it).

    it means they won't measure how much bandwidth your using unless it is causing problem with the server

    yes that's what most host do and that's why heaps of host don't allow you to use proxy your better off buying a vps or a dedicated server or webhost that doesn't offer unmetered or unlimited bandwidth and doesn't oversell and a guaranteed bandwidth
