Starting a few submissions now

 

I submitted some client sites to some high PR directories. None of them have been listed so far. It seems like they only want paid sites even though they have a free option. Maybe they will be listed eventually.

However, if you really want to improve your PR rating and have the time – below is a huge list of directories sorted by high PR to submit your blog/site to. Whilst you may not see a huge jump in your PR rating due to that inner pages will have a lower PR rating and also many directories may not pass their PR juice to your site (via noFollow tags)…it may be useful just to be listed:

Your freaking high PR list is at least 2 years old

DMOZ now is PR8
and epooch.com for example is PR 3 and not 6 and most of them too have PR below PR 4
not to mention 10% if that list has dead directories.
