Ok, i am ditching one of the posters, because he still has not gotten back to me 3 days after me paying him, there is one postition opened. Quality posting is the key for this, i want someone who will learn this niche, and be willing to work over the long term. I will start at .10 a post, to reply to this thread you must have a high post count on DP and have an above average ITRADE Ranking. Because I have been getting burned on pre-paying people to do the work, then them not doing it I will not be pre-paying anymore. What i want to do, is try you out for 1 week, if your posts stick, your quality of content good, signatures are maintained and you are interested, i will pay you 25.00, flat, then .10 a word after that. if you continue to learn the niche and post quality stuff, and start to really dig the content and are the kind of person that really gets into the job that they are doing, i will offer you an exclusive posting terms and pay you allot more per week, to make it more worth your awhile. Again, i am looking for long term posters to represent me, i am not looking for soemone casual to post 1 or 2 posts a day. I post over 50 messages a day on my niche forums, and thats because I am busy, i want someone to pick up the slack, someone that wants to be apart of a team, and wants to make OK for forum posting money over the long term.
