    Look at this forum, you can find some of them. But i think now all directories review your website and then approve it. Maybe you can find some directories which only accepts reciprocal listing and approve you immediately.

    you can also try onlineshop-directory.net . But although if DMOZ does not approve quickly, it is really worth it, I think.

    You didn't mention "free" in your request. These two are not free, but they are cheap PR2 directories. Typically a same day approval (I know because I own them) so long as you don't violate the terms:

    bigbluedirectory.com
    beyondwebdirectory.com
