    I think so if you use firefox, then you want to use, SEOSearch addon for it.

    It is great tools for, back link, do no follow links, ranking etc.

    Actually the name is Quirk SearchStatus, this is an excellent addon which provides an option to highlight the nofollow link.

    If you are using Firefox, there is an add-on called SearchStatus that will highlight no-follow links. You can turn it off or on.

    Search for No Do follow tool in Google and download a plugin for Mozilla firefox that tells about No follow and Do follow back links.

    SEOQuake for Chrome. It shows do follow no follow, even PRs, even on google search results. Pretty powerful.
