Buying I need Directory Submission

Hi,

Here is what I am after:

I need somebody to do directory submission "with a spin":

I will give you:
My site's URL
My sites Title (1)
My sites Description (1)
My sites Keywords ( up to 10)

You will do the following:
Based on my site's title and description, you will come up with 10 ( total) titles and descriptions.
Then submit the site to 1500 directories ( the higher the quality the better).
You will create an email address and confirm the emails.
Then give me full access to that email so I can monitor for future emails.

I will pay $30.00 via paypal ONLY AFTER ALL WORK DONE, NO DEPOSITS, NO PARTIAL PAYMENT UPFRONT( look at my itrader, I always pay).

Do this one site right, I have about 20 or so sites that need to be submited.
