I need digg proof host

    Hi I'm looking for a shared host that can survive the digg effect. My site won't often get hit by digg but only like 3times a year?.

    Must have:

    max_execution_time set at 60seconds
    1gb space
    200gb bandwidth
    Warez linking
    Cpanel
    Awstats
    Latest PHP & MYSQL
    Budget: $5/month

    Have you considered a VPS were you can decide what you want running or not ? And for an example an IP block on Digg?

    I don't want to block digg... I don't want a VPS if I'm only going to get digg effect for a few times a year

    Ahh, i am sorry! I mis-understood your question! I tought you wanted to block out digg from digging your website, sorry about the mis-understanding!

    Your basicly looking for a host that will be able to handle the traffic the few times you get dugged?

    Budget: $5/month I don't think that's realistic. You can survive small diggs but not anything significant on that budget. How much are you paying now ? $3 ?
