    You should have a backup of your original source files, so just edit those and then re-encode your website. If someone else produced the encoded files for you then they would have had a reason to encode them which you should respect, and you should contact the developers. If you need assistance don't hesitate to contact us in our helpdesk, and if you attach one of the encoded files after creating a ticket in our system then we can advise further.
