    If your country is not in the list of paypal then you wont be able to create it and if you try to create it , it will get banned too

    I think Paypal not activated to your country. Try contact paypal by emial and ask them to know more details.

    I will suggest to use money bookers or any other alternative...if Paypal is not supported then ignore this option, else you will get in trouble with your cash....
