    Open it in Photoshop, then save it as a JPG.

    Or ... If you don't have Photoshop, post your PDF here, give us the destination dimensions/specs, and somebody might do it for you :)

    Print Screen > paste into Photoshop. Quick n dirty.

    Depending on how large you want the JPG to be, you can copy/paste in segments and line them up in Photoshop.
