I need clarification on the ranks given to pages through Google

Hi there,

This is a quick, and hopefully simple, question. Can someone confirm that Google ranking works as follows:

0-10 (but 0 is still an official Google ranking)
Unranked. It comes up as this page is currently unranked by Google. Does this sound about right?

correct. typically it says page rank unavailable for sites without a pagerank.
