Buying I need cheap VPS

I rarely see such deep analysis and understanding of the situation. People often think that saving a couple of bucks is the main advantage of one package before another. Actually, quality of service comes for a certain price. Paying this price imposes certain responsibilities on the provider. We follow this course and many of our clients stay with us for years.

By the way, here are our answers to questions of yours:
1) We offer RAID-10 setups, often brand new. We monitor our VPS nodes 24/7 to detect the first signs of future failures - DNA results drop, increase of reallocated sectors number, etc. - and replace drives ASAP. We always check hardware before giving access to it and after the end of usage (package cancellation). Most of our hardware is 2 months to 2 years old - we had a massive update of infrastructure 2 months ago, and the previous was 2 years ago. You will never have package hosted on 6-years-old junk many CHEAP VPS providers use.
2) We deal only with enterprise grade Supermicro hardware and our drives are enterprise grade Hitachi's or Seagate ES.
3) Our v. 2012-2014 nodes have RAID-10 array of 7200rpm Enterprise level drives (Hitachi Ultrastar or Seagate ES) powered with SSD caching. RAID-10 array can do up to 450MB/s read, additionally SSD caching enhances performance 2-5 times by reducing i/o timing.
The new nodes version Quarter4-2014 have 15k SAS drives.
4) We do free weekly backups and provide 1Tb free space for manual customer backups. You can also order daily backups for some money, more info can be obtained from our sales representatives.
5) We protect our clients with utmost diligence and do everything that can be done from our side. We guarantee your VPS package will not be hacked from server side and your personal details will not be compromised. If the breach happens, it is almost always caused by user-installed software like WordPress - we do primary investigation and root out the problem. Rectifying the situation to ensure this never happens again costs some little money too.
In case of minor DDOS attack we deal with it ourselves and free of charge. However, permanent DDOS protection should be ordered from special companies like Black Lotus or StopDDOS and costs quite a bit.

Overall - we offer reliability and security for every package and for an affordable price. If someone prefers saving $2-5-10/mo. and lacking all the above - the choice is theirs, of course.
