    Do you have a specific budget in mind? Also can you provide some more about the 100 domains. Are you looking to host 100 domains ad addon domains on a shared hosting account? If so I don't think any host would allow this unless each site static with little traffic.

    Did you use autoblog plugin?

    Because many host don't allow autoblog plugin which is CPU hogging.

    2$ per month is VERY low, if you don't want to sign up with a host that will only be online for 1 week, I suggest you higher this budget ;) With 100 websites, it shouldn't be a problem.
