i need change ADDRESS in PAYPAL VCC

    i need change my vcc's address
    i have add a VCC to my US PAYPAL
    but it info is not valid
    now i need change ADRRESS AGAIN
    plz tell me
    how i can to change it? for valid info

    use another vcc to chng vcc adress.

    i can give you a vcc only $ 5 and i am sure that it will work for you

    Do VCC actually come with a fixed address ? I thought it is not linked to a name or address ?

    If you need to change your address in Paypal, you can always just add a new address and delete the old one. If you have shifted to another state or address, just write to paypal and get it changed. Just incase, get some documentation to proof you have shifted and that should do the trick.

    As long as you can prove that you are still residing in the US, Paypal would not mind.
