I see that you are in fact appearing first page for your keyword. However, you are ranked #9 and users generally don't go as far as that. They usually stay in the top 5 results. Another reason why you're not getting traffic is that your keyword has very few searches per month (less than 300/month). You need to be targeting keywords that have much higher searches per month.
your on first page and now traffic, I think you are targeting wrong keywords...try to look at keyword external suggestion tool for better keywords.
yes go and use googles external keyword tool and put in your website and see what comes out as far as keywords. This way you can see how google sees you website and what steps you need to take to improve your site's on page and off page content.
