I need to make many blogs. However. I don't at the moment have the time to keep uploading the files etc. So I was wondering. Is there are free Wordpress blog hosting script that will work with one installation of wordpress? Like the common phpBB multi forums, I am looking for a wordpress on which will allow people to sign up and make a blog in a couple of clicks. I would also need the script to allow members to download their individual database. Just incase I want to move certain blogs to deciated hosting. Anyone know of a script? Thanks, BlueEew.
Damn didn't know wordpress have one. Can I add advertisment codes in the admin panel so they display on all blogs?
you can d ads with it if you actually bother to use google before coming here type in wordpress mu plugins and youll find one. Word to the wise dont bother making one for people to blog on if your just going to advertise on them its sad. Rev share okay but just dominating thier blogs with adsense is harsh and theyll soon go to blogspot and wordpress
That's your opinion. However I am indeed using the blogs for myself only. No free hosting for anyone else.
my bad got the wrong impression, using wp-mu makes subdomains of your main URL tho but if you have a good base name then it will work well for what you want, plus you can close permission so no one else can join and all your sites (sub sites if you will) will come up as tabs so you can get quick acess to them all and some plugins allow you to find out what visitors visited where, how long and where from (run choseit.com ad free, free bloggin service + blog SEO tips which uses wp-mu thats how i know )
The reason I asked that is so I knew I myself would be able to make blogs in a few seconds rather then uploading and uploading.
