    You shouldn't look for SEO options in a theme because there's no guarantee you'll run with the same theme forever. You should go for a well-coded theme and use a plugin like WordPress SEO by Yoast to handle SEO. And for us to help you, are you looking for free themes or are you willing to pay for themes?

    Well, you will need to do SEO and there is no theme that is perfectly SEO optimized.
    You can try Mythemeshop, they have some nice and decently SEO optimized themes.

    not every premium theme have seo optimize design, lot of free theme have seo optimize design
    what i mean seo optimized theme is the theme that have a good structure, like H1 H2 tag position, fast loading theme, etc
    but still content is the king :)

ANY theme (premium anyway and excluding Solostream) is optimized for SEO but what that means is it is prepared for YOU to do the SEO work. You can take the easy way out and get a SEO plugin but you will also reap the results of that same easy way. Nothing is more important to your business than flawless SEO. It is the most profitable marketing known to the web! Leaving it to either a designer of plugin developer will mean you won't get the results you would like. Anything less than Page #1 Google, Yahoo and Bing results for 80% of your onsite content, regardless of keyword market, is unacceptable.
