I use The Link Juicer. It has helped out a lot with increasing the page rank of several of my sites. It has an article spinner that you place your links in. The good thing about this system is that it uses different ip addresses and accounts to add the links. This makes it look natural to google so you won't get penalized. I have a Squidoo Lens that shows how my traffic and rank has increased by using it.

 

I use Seo Link Vine and My Article Network. I submit a spun article and it gets published to multiple blogs on different IPs every single day. Can't beat that for backlinks. Best of all, its not BlackHat.

Here's a couple automatic link generators. They're handy and all legit, but it's more of a timesaving thing, as these are places that everyone should add, but forget.
