    can some one tell me which Affiliate Program is best for Australia?

    It sounds like you are from India and you wanted to join affiliate program offered from Australia. I think the best fit is liveinaustralia com affiliate where you can refer many people of your own country and they pay your commission through PayPal.

    Many affiliate programs accept Austrailian affiliates. Whether you are in fact Austrailian is another question altogether.
