If you want to do it professionally i wouldn't even have an intro page. They are pretty 2001. Get right to your content. - Brian
I agree with the above. Plus your intro page would be important for your SEO, and pictures generally don't do much for that. Jump into some content right away.
I have to agree - welcome pages become very annoying - especially for repeat visitors. Also, I clicked the link, it loaded in a new browser window then I continued surfing DP. Then the music started. I had forgotten to turn the volume down, I wasn't planning on a musical splash page. To summarize, you scared the hell out of me, .
