    What's your URL, what keywords are you going after, how old is your site, how popular are the keywords, etc, etc, etc?

    Stick with the basics of your own website first.

    Title tag - descriptive and unique for every single page on your site. "Discount Staples | Office Supplies 98% Off"
    Meta Description - Again, descriptive and unique for all pages. "Discount Office Supplies - Now you can get office supplies at major discounts. We're one of the largest ..... "
    H1 Tag - Only have one H1 tag for each page, have the main idea here. "Discount Staples & Office Supplies"

    Get that done, then start to build inbound links from other sites. <a href="http://www.yourdiscountstaplecompanyonline.com/discount-staples/">Discount Staples</a>
