to code an online game will takes a lot of time and spaces, first of all, you need to be sure with buying server. You can buy a cheap one first probably, and then get the good one later? haha.. but first user experience is very important to attract them to play again though... :-/

What sort of RPG are you talking about? Text only? full 3d graphics as per Second Life?

As stated, it is not cheap to do at all. If it is text/ static graphics only with no player interaction then a framework could be created using a heavily modified CMS and then you create the game itself from it using very basic programming knowledge but still you are looking at thousands.

If you have no knowledge and no cash you're getting no programmers.

There's no reason for a programmer to work for someone who has nothing to offer them.

They'd be better off making the project on their own and leaving you out of it.

The first clue that you're a terrible person to work for is the expectation that an on-line RPG is cheap to make. That makes it very obvious you have no idea about programming and everyone would hate you for your unrealistic expectations.

Do you need an old RPG programmer -> Report Program Generator? Golly - I had no idea RPG was such a popular online gaming language!
