Hi, So i'm looking for an offshore host, for my new project --online movie streaming site. I'm new to the whole 'offshore' aspect, of a host. However, i'm looking for something, that is SAFE, SECURE, and PRIVATE. Also, with price, i dont want to spend alot at the start, however once the website picks up, i will like to upgrade plans to semi-dedicated or vps or w.e is there, that makes sense and is affordable.
