I need an idea for my website

I am about to make a login system. Well i made the register and send activation mail and activating membership parts.

Logging is needed just to write comments. It's kind of a news script. As i am lost in the sessions part do you think i should give it up and just make them login every time when they want to write a comment? Or should i search for some php freakz to help me out about sessions?

sessions can be ruff i have it running in and out of mine and it wasnt to hard to understand either. I would say make them login every time they want to post for sercurity reasons but you could also use cookies if you have any questions pm me
