i need an FLV player so i can embed videos, etc

i just want some kind of simple FLV player so i can embed videos into a new CMSMS site i'm doing, www.videodiabetes.com.

this one seems good, but there's no docs on actually installing it: http://www.jeroenwijering.com/?item=JW_FLV_Player

can someone help me out either with another simple option, or install info for the above player?

but do i first need to upload files? what files do i upoload where, etc.
