Hi is that true? paypal is a currency exchange after all, and i buy everything on DP with it. i Just read the FAQ/rules too and couldnt find anything about it there either. only reason im questioning it is? i own a currency exchange that would fix the above posters problems in seconds, and he wouldnt need to go to any other site.
