Ok, i've been reading the forums and i KNOW people hate it when you dont provide the domain name, but for the sake of secrecy and other stuff, i will not reveal the domain name. -I've only started expanding the website at the beginning of June, hence the no pagerank. -it's an automotive site, pertaining to tips on buying cars -currently has only 4 articles written by me -i've got some squidoo and hubpages articles directing traffic here, as well as other sources which you will be privy to, if i decide to sell. -it's a wordpress website, set up as a small business with a blog (to establish authority) some statistics: Age according to SEOLOGS: December 2011 Domain age (approximately): 7 Months 196 search queries in the past 30 days, 8000+ impressions, both growing at a CRAZY rate. the top 9 searches for the site: Competition Global Monthly Searches Local Monthly Searches High 60,500 49,500 High 22,200 18,100 High 14,800 12,100 High 9,900 8,100 High 6,600 6,600 High 3,600 2,900 High 3,600 1,900 High 2,400 1,900 High 1,600 1,300 the top 9 searches Webmasters statistics, in same order as above), the AVG. positions have changed, for the better: CTR Avg. position 18% 16 13% 10 13% 9.3 13% 7.2 12% 9.8 11% 8.7 9% 9.5 9% 6.5 8% 10 Last 30 days Analytics data: Visits: 5,3xx Unique Visitors: 5,2xx Pageviews: 8,6xx Pages / Visit: 1.61 according to my JetPack Statistics, yesterday's stats (average growing about 5% a day): Total views of posts on your blog 768 Total views referred by links to your blog(205 of which are search engine results) 560 Total search terms 153; 52 and 16 of which are HIGH competition and get 60500 and 9900 global searches, respectively, and i'm in SERP 6 and 3 on Google, respectively. and the kicker, in the past 30 days (remember, i only started messing with the site on June 7th): in the past 30 days, it's brought in $835.73 in ADSENSE alone. This site needs optimization, because the key words are valued at $1.03 and $1.31 (according to KeywordSpy) and i'm only averaging a portion of that, as you can see in the screenshot i've attached below: so the site has potential, since it's growing. and this is starting up, seeing as the keywords currently bringing visitors in are all related (same keyword, different phrases or ways of saying it) which are high demand keywords. Anyways, i'm just trying to get a feel for the website value, if it's decent, i will wait a whole month from the point where i started working on it, and will put it up for sale, if i dont get very good feedback, i will look at having someone develop the site for me, as i currently dont have the time to actually work on it much any more... I'm working on another project right now, which will have ALOT more potential, and is alot more 'personal' to me, hence me selling this website. (you can see the other project in the screenshAot, that's the one bringin in $1600 in adsense (not to mention a substantial sum in amazon and ebay), so you can see why i'd rather sell this site and put all my effort into my main website. anyways, sorry for the long post. i just wanted to put a feeler out for this site, as i need to focus my attention to my other site (and some other projects i've got planned). approximate prices are welcome, if you have an offer and have a high reputation on this site, i will consider giving you more details on the site (domain name, keywords, etc) ah, dont remember if i mentioned, Pagerank is 0, alexa rank is 9,4xx,xxx and no, it's not the site in my signature, that's one of the projects i want to focus on

can't tell if no appraisals because no-one believes me, or because no-one is interested, either way, i'm just looking to get some appraisals.. Anyone? what's the current 'selling price' for a website that has revenue? 8months of current revenue? 10?
Most would agree we need to see the domain. Whats revenue like for other months? You have a 7 month old site, with no pr, and 1 month that has made startlingly high cash. The content has little value since you say the site only has 4 pages and the pages/visit is 1.61. Personally I wouldn't give you a penny for it. With statistics like that the site seems very susceptible to the next penguin update. I recently sold a potential, penguin target site for the avg of the last 3 months profit * 6. If you can get that for it, you would be golden imo
ah, the problem is, i only put adsense on it recently.. i suppose i could wait a couple months to sell it, to have more statistics, i just don't have the time to up-keep it and write additional articles. 90% of the traffic is to a single page on the site. i agree though, without a domain name, noone's going to jump at it. I will have to wait and get more statistics on it before i can sell i guess. thanks for the input. as it stands, i would sell the site for 6 months' revenue, but obviously if i put more time and content into it, and it grows even more, that will increase, as will the revenue. thanks for the input though, i was just hoping to get rid of it so i could focus on my other 2 projects (one, in the screenshot, is making $99/day in adsense, and another project, i'm currently optimizing, is bringing in $2xx a day, lower CTR but higher CPC). again, thanks for your reply, i was starting to think i had posted in the wrong section or something..
Usually by Flippa's standards the website is usually worth x3 the monthly income (profit). Therefore it should be worth $2,400.
