    I am a newbie in adsense Field can any one tell me What are the specifications and requirement for an adsense account

    You should have at least one website or blog to apply for adsense account. You website or blog must all requirements to open a new account as well.

    make a proffesional looking website,upload 3-4 unique articles,put privacy policy page and then aply for adsense.

    apply for it and see.. you need to show a url. If you're not from europe/us you will need to prove domain ownership as well as a 6 months old domain name, most of the time.

    Have unique content, good clean looking blog then you will get approved. Also try to have around 15 posts on your blog before you apply and don't put up those 15 posts in one day..... to be safe make one post every day or every other day.

    You should read TOS of adsense first. You must have at least 6 month old website with quality contents on it.

    What if you have a new website, lets say 2 months old. And its not a blog, its a website with 13 to 16 pages, including policy contact and terms page. Will it get approved?

    @toddgaraham, it depends on which country you're applying from. If europe/america and other developped countries you'll have no problem. If not, it will be a little bit more difficult, but it's always possible.
