I think you should first work on theme and on-site seo.. Its not giving a gamer website look..

 

Agreed with Ardendo, your theme look "dull".

And you may want to rearrange your category. They do not appear to be well sorted.
How do you want them to be sorted?
Based on the device (console platform, mobile games, etc) or based on genres.
Add some pictures. Check ign for comparison if you need.

And I notice that your posts are linking to another website. Is that your other site?
If not you may want to make your own content.

 

i see you are using WP's twentyten. You can search on google for free wp game themes, I'm sure there are some themes out there that are better suited for your niche

I like the site but I think you should use better images in your top content bar. The resolution seems off.

 

You would need to tell us what you want to do before we can really give you ideas for plugins.

That said on any site I always use All in One SEO.
