I need allignment fixed on my website URGENT pay well

    i got a simple php website and my ads arent lining up, basically the allignment on my website is messed up in firefox and somewhat in IE.

    I need someone to tweak it to make it line up. Will pay well.

    this is an urgent job needs to be done now.
