    Like websiteoutlook with some extra feature i.e
    Top sites
    Add/delet/edite top menu links
    Add/delet/edite adsense/affiliate codes on top, center and bootom
    show backlinks on click

    then that's not alexa type.
    websiteoutlook scrapes results from other sites (google,yahoo,etc. to find backlinks, alexa to find traffic, etc.)

    just scrape the results and put it in a topsite script. there you go. you can scrape the topsites right off of alexa since all your results will be scraped.
