I would much prefer giving money to hard-working internet entrepreneurs than huge corporations intent on cornering a market. I feel the pay package being offered should be attractive enough to generate a lot of interest, but I'm still having trouble finding believers. Any specific advice would be appreciated. I don't want to go the outsourced route. It's cold in Chicago. I could set that pile of money on fire and use the warmth!
