I Need Advises on Optimizing a Correcting Website

I have got the new task of the first moth of this new year, that is maintaining a correcting website.
Before corrected this site has nearly 8000PVs, and I have asked to reach 12000PVs by the end of this month. Does anyone give me some advises about this? I appreciate any information. thanks!

 

Get better SERP. Do some proper onpage seo then build correct backlinks. Submit to social media and social bookmarking sites.
