Hi, I'm new to this forum, I'm doing internet marketing, I don't want to learn html/programming/designing but I'm getting force to learn them because its becoming difficult without having these skills.I have been learning html , and some css from w3chools.com .Its becoming hard for me to learn all these.I also want to have some programming knowledge. Now, I want to create a website and I want to create them by myself but I don't know how to do it.I want to design everything by myself, I want to create a banner myself but I don't know how to use photoshop. Please advice me what should I do.I have open a project in some freelance sites and they are bidding like $200 - $300 but I don't want to pay.I want to make them myself.I'm getting really frustated.I'm feeling fully retarded.I need some advice/help, I need a super hitech friend.I was born to learn.I want to know everything. Can you tell me what things should I learn, what is joomla, what is theme, what is designing, I need to know them.

Either you hire someone to teach all these things which might take you atleast 2-3 months if you are quick learner and again you have to pay $100 to $300 fee, else buy books which again will cost around the same or else give this work to someone who is expert and relax. Choice is yours?

try to start learning 1 thing that you like doing. ie. choose html only and spent a week or two getting to grips with that. once you have learned something the next thing you need to focus on will be clearer and your confidence will be higher. you wont learn everything overnight so start by focusing on 1 thing first and getting good at that. the rest will follow
