    $0.35 is not nearly enough compensation for a registration. If you want an effective campaign you would need to offer $3+ for each registration. Most common CPA networks will offer affilaites around $1-2 for single email submition or zip code submittion offers. That means if the person just puts in their zip code the affiliate gets $1-2.

    You want to offer $0.35 for an entire registration.

    When entering such deals, besides the cpa rate you will have to really trust this person as he will host/provide the tracking I guess?
